Call for Proposals: Financial Management Training and Coaching for SMEs in Jordan

The Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung für internationale Kooperation e.V. (DSIK) is seeking qualified experts to provide financial management training and coaching services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Jordan.

The Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung für internationale Kooperation e.V. (DSIK) is seeking qualified experts to provide financial management training and coaching services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Jordan. This initiative, implemented under the framework of the GIZ Innovative Approaches to MSME’s Financial Inclusion (IFIN) project and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), aims to enhance the financial capabilities of SMEs, empowering them to achieve sustainable growth and improve access to financing.

What We Aim to Achieve:

  • Equip 100 SMEs with essential financial management skills through interactive workshops.
  • Provide tailored one-on-one coaching to 30 selected SMEs to address specific financial challenges.
  • Prepare SMEs to confidently pitch their businesses to investors and financial institutions through advanced training and a dedicated pitching event.

Who Should Apply:

We are inviting a team of at least two experts with substantial experience in:

  • SME financial consulting and training delivery.
  • Personalized business coaching.
  • Regional knowledge of the MENA context.
